Tenant Tips
Tips for Home Renters and Home Owners
1. Application Process
2. When Can I Move In?
WED Property Management arranges leases commencing on the 1st day of each month. Occupancy can take effect at any date based upon availability and subject to a pro-rated fee.
3. How do I set up utilities and services?
Check with individual providers to confirm their specific requirements. If you’re changing the location of an existing service like Cable/Internet, we suggest calling them as soon as you have your move-in date confirmed to ensure as minimal an interruption in service as possible. WED Property Management provides a “New Tenant Checklist” at the time of lease signing which includes information on all local utility and service providers should you be looking to set up a new account.
4. Pets
Pets are permitted at some locations. Please confirm with WED Property Management BEFORE you sign your lease to avoid disappointment. A signed Acknowledgement Form will be required by pet owners to assume all responsibility for any damages caused or resulting from their pets.
5. Facilities
Many of our condominium buildings offer great amenities including fitness room, hobby room, on-site party rooms, etc. These facilities are steps away and are included in your rental fees.
6. Parking
All condominium units include one (1) outdoor parking space. Garage and additional outdoor parking spaces may be available at an additional cost. Contact WED Property Management for prices, terms, and availability.
